Go to Library>Add a Game>Add Non-Steam Game>Choose the SWAT 4 Alternative Browser and be sure to name it as "SWAT 4 TSS".The SWAT series has a long and interesting history. When you start up the browser, if you want Steam to show up as ".now playing SWAT 4 TSS" even though you are using an Alternative Browser, perform the following steps. Since we only play TSS, set up TSS by browsing to SWAT4X.exe in your ContentExpansion game folder. Install the Server Browser on your computer (anywhere is fine, preferably in your SWAT 4 folder!)Ĥ. It does take time to find servers but there are more servers to join using this solution.Ģ. You can no longer start your game using the SWAT 4 TSS Client.
This will install a new Server Browser on your computer which you must use to find servers. This means you can no longer see the server list when you click "Join Game". The SWAT 4 Master Servers were switched off in October 2012.
